My lover, my friend, my golden guide
What of heaven when angels are denied?
When virtue's met by sentinels of stone
Has hypocrisy not found a willing home?
And you may ask: what is good and what is bad
When the love that makes me happy makes You sad?
So I say no -
Not even if their story's true
I shall not go -
For what heaven could be heaven without you?
